Valuation
Business Valuation Services
Every operating business has "Business Value". In some cases this value is reflected in the underlying physical assets of the business. For others, it may be inherent in the intangible assets created by the business and its owners. Often these intangible assets are not reflected on the company's balance sheet. As appraisers, we help quantify businesses assets, both stated and unstated.
Training
Business valuation is a detailed process, requiring many levels of analysis and an understanding of the principles governing the process. Our analysts are highly trained professionals versed in these valuation principles and are required to have advanced professional designations in business appraisal. The last ten years have seen major advances in the body of knowledge underlying the valuation process and principles. We require annual external course work and a monthly review process whereby each analyst is updated on the latest cases, rulings, and publications which continue to expand this body of knowledge.
