Mike has over 39 years of professional experience both in senior industry positions and large public accounting firms. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University of the University of New Hampshire System, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1982 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He was accredited as a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts in 1996 and accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2000.
Mike is active in the business community, serving as the former chair of the Business Clinic, a program designed to assist technology start up companies, run by the state technology council and a member of the board of directors for the state’s software association. In addition to the AICPA, Mike is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the New Hampshire Society of CPA’s. Mike has also served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
